If you haven't heard anything about your MAC order in a while, go to MAC's website and enter your order number and email address on the "Track My Order" page.

Make sure you got a shipping confirmation, because orders can only be tracked after they've left the building.

If nothing changes after weeks, call, email, or live chat with MAC Customer Service at the number, address, or time that is mentioned for your area.

Give your order number and the date you bought the item, and make it clear that you want the issue to be taken to a supervisor because the package is "delayed with no tracking."

If the answer is still not good enough, you can use MAC's "My package never arrived" policy to ask for either a new shipment or a refund.
