MAC Cosmetics Charged Me for Mascara, But No Order Placed
I purchased a promotional mascara from MAC Cosmetics, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account. However, no order was created, and I only found out after checking on my own—MAC never even notified me of the issue.
When I contacted customer service, they casually told me, "We will issue a refund, you can place the order again." This is completely unacceptable from a brand like MAC. Why should I have to go through this hassle for a mistake on their end?
I have now called twice, yet I still have not received my refund. MAC, process my refund immediately! Customers should not have to chase down their own money for an order that never even existed!
