Mac Cosmetics Online Orders Canceled Without Warning

I made two purchases through M.A.C Cosmetics' online platform, and to my surprise, both orders were abruptly canceled without any explanation or prior notice. During a major discount period, I had bought products whose prices had been reduced. It's disheartening to experience such a disappointing attitude from a brand that manipulates prices to seem reasonable and then fails to deliver the products after confirming the orders. As a long-time supporter and user of the brand, I didn't expect this kind of conduct without any reason given, considering the brand's reputation. Although I received the order confirmation email stating my order was received, checking my emails and text messages revealed no information about why the orders weren't shipped. Upon visiting the M.A.C Cosmetics website, I discovered that my orders were canceled under my own account. I demand my orders to be processed and shipped immediately.
