I purchased the MAC "Thanks, Oya" lipstick during a special campaign from an official MAC seller. After placing the order, I waited for shipment updates, but there was no movement on the tracking information. Concerned, I submitted a support request to inquire about the status.
Eventually, I was informed that the package had been lost and was automatically returned and canceled in the system. However, I was never notified or given any assistance in replacing the product. To make matters worse, now I can’t repurchase it at the original campaign price, and no discount code is being offered as compensation.
This is incredibly frustrating. I placed a legitimate order during a promotional period, and due to a shipping error out of my control, I’m being denied both the product and the price I rightfully secured.
MAC, I expect you to honor the original campaign offer and ship the product to me again at the same discounted price. It’s not my fault the item got lost after being shipped, and customers shouldn’t suffer due to logistics failures. Please take accountability and resolve this issue promptly.
