Mac Cosmetics Canceled My Black Friday Order

I bought three things from M.A.C Cosmetics' website when they had big discounts in November. The prices of the items I bought were reduced. While I was waiting for my deliveries, all of my orders got canceled out of nowhere and nobody told me why. It's not cool when companies try to trick us with low prices and then don't actually give us the stuff we ordered. It's even worse when it's a big, well-known company doing it. They didn't even bother sending me an email to let me know. I was really excited for the products to arrive. They're hurting customer trust by not taking small amounts seriously, even though they might not seem important to a big company like theirs. I'm not going to buy anything else in the future, and even though I'm a member who loves this brand, I'm really upset about what happened.
