I Face Missing Birthday Gift And No Response From MAC Cosmetics


I was entitled to receive a birthday gift from MAC Cosmetics, but despite repeated promises via email and phone calls, the gift was never sent to me. Although customer service initially claimed they would ship it, nothing was delivered. Instead, I was left with automated responses and felt pressured to make a purchase in order to receive the gift, which defeats the purpose of a birthday reward.
This experience feels like a lack of respect toward me as a customer. For five days, I have been waiting for a clear update, yet no meaningful response has been provided. Each time I followed up, I was told that my case was forwarded to the “relevant department,” but this department seems ineffective and unresponsive.
MAC Cosmetics’ failure to fulfill a simple birthday gift commitment not only causes dissatisfaction but also creates mistrust and frustration among customers. I expect the company to take responsibility, send my entitled gift immediately, and improve communication with its customers. Such negligence and dismissive treatment are unacceptable.
