Refund Requested for Cancelled Mac Cosmetics Order
I ordered some stuff from Mac Cosmetics' website on November 13, 2023, during a sale they were having. Right after I placed my order, I got an email confirming it. It had my order number: 2577543195. But, to my disappointment, I found out on November 15, 2023 that my order was unexpectedly canceled on the website without any explanation. I didn't receive any communication or notification about the cancellation, so I quickly emailed m****************@maccosmetics.com on the same day to ask about my order. However, I didn't get a response. I was really annoyed, so on November 16, 2023, I gave Mac Customer Service a call to ask about canceling something. Even though I was on Mac Cosmetics' website, they said there was a mistake with the prices and cancelled my order because of it. They also told me that they won't be giving me the products, which was quite surprising. Instead, they only offered a 30% discount. The company is clearly deceiving customers with false advertising, trying to make us pay for their mistake. It's been three days since I placed my order, but I haven't heard anything from the company or received a refund for their mistake. I want all the products I ordered from their website to be given to me at the prices they originally advertised.
