Unprofessional Service and Miscommunication at MAC Mall Of İstanbul

I’ve visited the MAC store at Mall Of İstanbul twice to book a makeup appointment, and both times, I was met with unprofessional attitudes and lack of interest from the staff. Although I was told appointments are booked one week in advance, when I called today, I was informed that the date I wanted was fully booked. When I mentioned the previous information given, they simply said there’s nothing they can do and that there’s a campaign that day.

It’s surprising that such a well-known and professional brand would have such poorly chosen staff. This experience left me quite disappointed with MAC’s customer service.
