I have made two separate purchases from Mac Cosmetics using iyzico as the payment method. During my first purchase, after waiting for three weeks for my products to arrive, I was informed that due to a system error, the order could not be fulfilled, and my payment was refunded. However, the refund was issued to my iyzico balance, meaning I could only use it again on another purchase, not as a direct refund to my credit card.
Today, I placed another order using iyzico, but the order never appeared in my account. I immediately contacted Mac Cosmetics support, and once again, I was told that there was a system error preventing the order from being processed.
I am extremely frustrated that I am facing the same technical issue twice. I demand an immediate refund of my payment to my credit card, not to the iyzico balance. A simple online shopping experience should not be this complicated.
If this problem is not resolved promptly and properly, I will no longer use your platform. Please take action to refund my money directly and fix these recurring system errors that are wasting your customers’ time and causing financial inconvenience.
