I ordered a Mac Cosmetics mini lipstick along with my birthday gift, but when my package arrived, I found that only the gift item was there – my mini lipstick was completely missing. I immediately reported the issue, yet the response I received was that the product was shown as shipped in their camera recordings. I asked to view these recordings for clarification, only to be told that I had no right to see them. They even questioned whether the package had been damaged, but I personally inspected it and confirmed there was no damage at all. My lipstick is nowhere to be found despite the shipment being intact. As a loyal customer, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the poor service and lack of transparency. I demand that Mac Cosmetics take swift action to resolve this issue and ensure proper delivery of all items in future orders.
