On May 7, 2025, I placed an order for a MAC lip liner and used the ‘foryou’ promo code, which included an extra 5% discount and a free makeup bag as part of the campaign. I completed the payment successfully, received confirmation from Iyzico, and everything seemed to go through—discount applied, campaign joined.
But after that, I never received an order confirmation, no follow-up email, and the order doesn’t show up in my account. When I called customer service, they claimed the order didn’t reach the warehouse. That is not my responsibility. I paid, followed the promotion process, and now I’m left with no product, no confirmation, and no campaign benefits.
It’s unacceptable that I’m the one having to chase this down. My money has been taken, and my campaign rewards—including the discount and gift item—are gone. I do not accept this situation.
MAC Cosmetics, I demand that you either fulfill my order as promised or issue a full refund immediately. This needs to include my campaign advantages, not just the product. Please resolve this promptly—this was your system’s failure, not mine.
