I ordered a blush from Kiko Milano’s official website, but once it arrived, I didn’t like the shade. I went to a Kiko Milano store to request a color exchange, not a refund. I clearly explained this multiple times to the staff at the register. Despite this, they processed a return without my permission and refused to give me the product back when I asked.
Instead, they told me that if I wanted the blush again, I’d have to repurchase it from scratch. This is unacceptable. Their own website clearly states that in-store exchanges are possible, yet I was forced into a refund I never requested. Had they warned me beforehand, I never would have handed the product over.
Kiko Milano, this is not okay. Your staff should be trained to listen to customer requests and follow your own policies. I will not shop with you again, and I demand that your team acknowledge this mistake and improve communication at store level. Customers deserve better treatment and clarity when seeking simple assistance like a color change.
