I Received the Wrong Shades of Kiko Milano Products and Can’t Return Opened Items

I placed an order on July 11 through the Kiko Milano website, expecting to receive the exact colors shown on their product pages. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different in tone and shade. The colors of the makeup products I received do not even come close to what was advertised online.

I’m attaching photos to show the difference, and I had no choice but to open the packages to test the colors—only to confirm how off they were. Now I’ve learned that their return policy states items must be unopened to be eligible for a return. But how are customers supposed to verify color accuracy without opening the product first?

This is highly frustrating and feels unfair. I did not receive what I was shown and paid for, and now I’m being penalized for trying to confirm the product’s suitability. I’m requesting an exchange for the correct shades. Please revise this return policy to account for these discrepancies and take accountability for misleading product images.
