I Received the Wrong Shade of Kiko Milano Highlighter and Can’t Use It

I recently purchased a face and body highlighter from Kiko Milano. While I was at the store, one of the sales associates helped me choose the right shade. After trying them, we agreed on shade 01, and she asked her colleague to hand it to her. I trusted the staff and didn’t double-check the product when it was handed to me. I paid and left without opening the packaging.
Once I got home and tried the highlighter, I was shocked to see it was way too dark for my skin. Upon closer inspection, I realized they had given me shade 02 instead of the 01 I chose. This is a color I simply cannot use. I didn’t make this mistake — the store staff did — and now I’m left with a product that’s totally wrong for me.
I demand an exchange or refund immediately. This kind of carelessness from the sales team is not acceptable. When customers trust store representatives, they expect accuracy. Please take responsibility and resolve this promptly so I’m not left stuck with a product I cannot use.
