Kiko Milano Sent a Faulty Highlighter – No Response from Customer Service

I ordered a stick highlighter from Kiko Milano’s website, but the twist mechanism doesn’t work, making the product completely unusable. I reached out to customer service three times, explaining the issue and even sent them a video as requested.

Each time, they assured me that someone would contact me shortly, but no one ever followed up. I have been left waiting with no solution, despite providing all the necessary proof.

This level of customer neglect is unacceptable. I expect Kiko Milano to either replace the defective product or issue a full refund. Ignoring customers after selling them a faulty item is not okay—resolve this issue now!
