I Returned Kiko Milano Lipsticks but Didn’t Get Them Back After Rejection for “Being Used”

On June 8, 2025, I placed an order from Kiko Milano that included three lipsticks, one mascara, and one blush. After receiving the items, I decided to return all three lipsticks—one of them was metallic and the shade didn’t suit me, so I returned the full set since it was purchased as part of a promotional offer.
To my surprise, my return was rejected on the grounds that the items had been “used,” which is absolutely not true. I never applied or tested any of them. I then asked for the returned products to be sent back to me, but now nearly a month has passed, and I still haven’t received them. There has been no tracking number, no delivery, and no resolution.
This situation is extremely frustrating. Kiko has not only denied my return unjustly, but now they’ve also failed to return the products I paid for. I expect a prompt shipment of the items I originally bought and a tracking number so I can monitor the delivery.
I urge Kiko to take accountability for this unacceptable delay and lack of transparency. I will not remain silent while my ₺ goes to waste. Please resolve this issue immediately.
