I bought a foundation at Kiko Milano that doesn't match my skin tone. How can I return it for a full refund?

How you return your foundation to Kiko Milano to get your money back depends on whether you bought it in-store or online.

If you bought it online, go to Kiko Milano's website and look for "My Orders & Returns" to find out how to return it in your country. For a full refund, you'll usually need to fill out a return form, print a shipping label, and send the item back within a certain amount of time, usually 30 days.

You can return the foundation bought in-store to a Kiko Milano store within 14 days of purchase with your receipt (e-receipts are also accepted) and get a full refund in the same way you paid the first time.

Make sure the foundation hasn't been used or opened and is still in its original packaging with all of its tags on. Items that have been damaged or changed may not be eligible for a full refund.
