If Ketogoapp started a subscription without your approval,
Understand what’s happening first;
• KetoGo subscriptions are auto-renewal by default
• Once you enter payment details:
– Subscription may activate automatically
– It keeps renewing unless canceled manually
So you must stop it yourself — uninstalling the app won’t help.
Cancel it completely (step-by-step);
• Go to the correct platform:
– Website (most common):
• Login → Profile → Subscription/Billing
• Click “Cancel Subscription” → Confirm
– iPhone (App Store):
• Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → KetoGo → Cancel
– Android (Google Play):
• Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel
Important: cancel from the SAME place you subscribed.
Cancel ALL active services;
• KetoGo has multiple subscriptions:
– Meal plan
– Premium
– Nutritionist, etc.
• Canceling one does NOT cancel others
You must cancel each one manually.
Make sure cancellation is successful;
• Look for:
– Confirmation email
– Status = “Canceled”
• If no confirmation:
– It may still be active
Always double-check.
Stop future charges completely.
