Amazon Delivered the Wrong Product and Won't Honor My Original Price

I ordered a Fissler Vitaquick Premium 8-liter pressure cooker with a steaming insert through Amazon Turkey. However, on November 3, 2026, I received a Shark NeverChange air purifier instead. In other words, Amazon delivered an entirely incorrect product that had nothing to do with my order. When I placed the order, the Fissler pressure cooker's price was approximately $292. The Shark NeverChange air purifier I received is currently listed at approximately $179.

The product I originally ordered is now listed as out of stock on Amazon, and its price on other shopping websites has increased to between $350 and $400. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I could return the incorrect item and receive a refund. However, I purchased the pressure cooker during a promotional sale at a much lower price, and the price increases since then have significantly worsened my situation. I am currently waiting for the shipping company to collect the incorrectly delivered product, and the return process has not yet been completed.

Additionally, I purchased this pressure cooker as a birthday gift for my wife. Receiving the wrong product has not only disrupted my gift plans but has also made it significantly more difficult for me to purchase the same product again due to the price increase. This has put me in an even more difficult position.

I expect Amazon to honor the promotional offer and pricing conditions that were in effect when I placed my order and send me the correct product at the original purchase price. I request that Amazon resolve the inconvenience caused by shipping the wrong item and bring this matter to a swift and satisfactory resolution.
