Unjust Instagram Account Closure & Unresponsive Meta Verified Support
My personal Instagram account, which I had been using actively for years, was suddenly closed on 21 September 2026 with the accusation of “child sexual abuse and violation of community guidelines.” This extremely serious and completely unfounded accusation has been emotionally very distressing and deeply unsettling for me. After the closure, I immediately submitted an appeal through Instagram’s internal appeal and ticketing system. In response, I only received an automatic message stating that my account would remain closed, without any clear explanation and without any indication that my appeal was actually reviewed by a real person. In order to reach a live support agent, I then purchased a Meta Verified subscription via Facebook, relying on the statement that only Meta Verified users would have access to live support. However, despite this, I have not been able to benefit from the service I paid for. My support ticket dated 12 October 2026, with the reference number 5048331678731098, has been stuck in the system due to a technical error. I cannot receive new responses, I cannot reply within the existing thread, and I cannot create a new ticket. As a result, I have been completely unable to communicate with a human support representative for nearly a month. I have never engaged in any criminal activity, and certainly nothing that could justify such a heavy and sensitive allegation. I categorically reject both the unjust closure of my account and the accusation of “child sexual abuse and community guidelines violation.” I request that my Instagram account be immediately restored, that the unfounded accusation recorded against my account be completely removed, and that this allegation be deleted from your systems. In addition, I ask that the technical problem in the Meta Verified support process be resolved, that I be allowed to fully use the service I have paid for, and that I receive a clear, detailed explanation that also takes into account the inconvenience and distress I have experienced throughout this process.
