Temu Order Not Delivered but Payment Was Charged

I placed an order for diamond dot painting kits from Temu before 17 October and I still have not received my items despite the long time that has passed. The payment has been taken, but the products were never delivered. I could not reach Temu customer service by phone, so I was unable to get any information about the status of my order or the delivery. My Temu order number is D70012637496. I request that the diamond dot painting kits I paid for be delivered to me as soon as possible or, if Temu cannot deliver them promptly, that my full payment be refunded.
