I Never Purchased Ketogoapp Subscription but Was Charged Monthly

I discovered that Ketogoapp has been making recurring unauthorized charges from my card without my knowledge or approval. Although I have not knowingly purchased or used any active package or membership associated with the application, money has been withdrawn from my card since December 15, 2025.

Last month, $22 was charged to my card, and this month there were two separate charges of $27 and $23, resulting in significant unauthorized payments. These charges have been made through my Garanti BBVA card. I cannot access any available customer service channel belonging to the application or the company, so I am unable to resolve this issue directly with them.

I request that all memberships and subscriptions associated with Ketogoapp be canceled immediately and that all unauthorized charges taken from my card since December 15, 2025 be fully refunded. I also request that measures be taken to prevent my card information from being used without my consent and that this matter be urgently investigated with a written response provided to me.
