On February 13, 2026, a charge of €69 was made to my debit/credit card with the description “Keto-GO app 69 euro” without my knowledge or approval. Even though I do not have any membership with the Keto-GO app, this charge was processed as a “subscription renewal.”
Immediately after the transaction, I contacted my bank, and my card was blocked for security reasons. However, I have been negatively affected by this unauthorized charge, and the amount has already been withdrawn from my account.
I request that any membership or subscription created under my name within the Keto-GO app be canceled immediately and that the full amount of approximately $80, which was charged without my permission, be refunded to me. I also request a clear and written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
