Unauthorized €22 KETO-GO Charge Attempt Appeared on My Credit Card
On 04/14/2026 at 7:22 PM, an unauthorized transaction attempt for €22.00 was made on my Yapı Kredi Bankası World Platinum credit card under the name “KETO-GO.App Nutrition.” I never submitted any membership application, approved any agreement, or provided any payment authorization for this service. The fact that a charge was attempted on my card without my knowledge or consent has caused me serious concern and discomfort.
When I searched through the application and website to find a way to manage or cancel any possible membership connected to my information, I only encountered pages trying to redirect me into starting or purchasing another subscription. I could not find any proper option for canceling, deleting, or managing an existing or unauthorized membership.
I request that KETO-GO.App Nutrition immediately delete all records created using my name and card information, fully cancel any membership that may have been created without my permission, and permanently block any future charge attempts on my card. I also demand written confirmation that these actions have been completed. In addition, if any amount has already been charged or placed in pending/provision status, I request a full refund without delay.
