Ketogoapp Unauthorized Subscription Took $78 From My Account

Even though I have not received any service from an app called Ketogoapp, I recently noticed that automatic payments have been charged to my card over the past few months. Money has been regularly withdrawn from my Akbank card without my knowledge or approval. However, I have not used any service through the app and did not knowingly start any subscription.

Since I do not know how to contact the app or the company, I have not been able to submit a cancellation or refund request until now. Despite this, the fact that money continues to be withdrawn from my card is causing both financial and emotional distress. So far, approximately $78 has been charged from my account without authorization.

I request that this subscription, which I believe was started without my knowledge or consent, be canceled immediately and that all amounts charged—approximately $78—be refunded to my card.
