Keto-GO App Nutrition Tried to Charge My Card Without Permission
On April 24, 2026, at 7:22 PM, an automatic payment of $17 was attempted from my QNB Finansbank card ending in 0668 under the name KETO-GO App Nutrition without my knowledge or authorization. Even though I never applied for a membership, approved any agreement, or provided any payment authorization, an attempt was made to charge my card. This situation has caused me serious concern and discomfort. The amount was converted from Turkish lira to U.S. dollars using the current exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
When I contacted QNB Finansbank customer service, I was informed that the transaction originated from KETO-GO App Nutrition and that I needed to cancel the membership. However, I cannot find any section on the KETO-GO application or website where I can manage, cancel, or delete a subscription. I only encounter options directing me to start a new membership or make another payment. Although I requested password resets through the website using my two email addresses, I have not received any response from the system, so I cannot access my account. Because of this, I cannot even determine whether I actually have an active membership. If one exists, I cannot cancel it; if not, I cannot identify which account or record is being used to attempt charges on my card.
I request that all records created by KETO-GO App Nutrition using my name and card information be permanently deleted immediately. If any membership has been created, I request that it be completely and permanently canceled, that any future attempts to charge my card be permanently blocked, and that I receive written confirmation that all of these actions have been completed. I also request a full refund of the $17 charge that was made or placed under authorization from my card, without any deductions, commissions, or missing amounts.
