I wanted to download and use the Ketogo app after seeing advertisements on social media. However, on January 25, 2026, while I was still in the registration/login stage—and before completing any membership approval—a charge of $19 was made to my VakıfBank credit card (ending in 9461) without my knowledge or consent.
Since the Ketogo app is no longer installed on my phone, I cannot access the transaction details within the app. I will also contact my bank to initiate a dispute and cancellation process. However, I do not accept that money was withdrawn from my card even though I never completed any membership.
I request that the $19 charged without my permission be fully refunded and that any memberships or subscriptions created under my name be immediately and permanently canceled.
