I Want a Refund for an Unauthorized Keto-GO Membership Charge
On 04/13/2026, I clicked on a Keto-GO App advertisement that I saw on Instagram. Through the page I was redirected to, a 3-month subscription was processed using my İş Bankası card that was already saved on my phone, without my full knowledge or clear approval. According to my bank records, approximately $31 was charged from my card at 5:59 PM on 04/13/2026.
The advertisement and the redirected page were highly misleading in terms of content and presentation. The pricing details and subscription conditions were not clearly explained before the process continued. After the transaction was completed, I could not find any proper communication channel either within the application or on the website. There is no valid phone number or functioning email address available, making it impossible to contact the company directly.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted İş Bankası customer service. However, I was told that because the transaction had already been completed, there was nothing the bank could do. Neither the bank nor Keto-GO App provided any meaningful solution, and there is currently no reachable representative or support contact available.
I request that this 3-month Keto-GO App subscription, which was activated without my clear knowledge and consent, be canceled immediately and that the approximately $31 charged to my card be fully refunded to me. I also demand that misleading advertising practices and non-transparent subscription systems like this be stopped to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues.
