Ketogo Subscription Problem: Multiple Charges and No Cancellation Option

About 10 days ago, I purchased a membership through the Ketogo website. At the time of purchase, $9 was charged to my card, which I assumed was the normal membership fee. However, when I checked my card activity 10 days later, I saw that two additional charges of $37 each had been made by the same company. In total, $84 has been charged to my card.

I did not receive any SMS or email notification or approval request regarding these transactions; I only discovered them through my bank statement. Additionally, I cannot find any option to cancel my membership or stop the subscription.

I request a refund for these repeated charges made without my knowledge or consent. I also want my membership—and any automatic renewal or billing processes—to be immediately and permanently canceled.
