Even though I only used the Ketogo app for a one-time payment and do not have any subscription, I realized that unauthorized charges were made to my account without my permission. On February 6, for what I initially noticed as a transaction of around $18 on my Garanti Bank Shop&Fly credit card, Ketogo then made two suspicious charges of $46 and $25.
In addition, on March 8, two more charges were made to the same card under the name Ketogo, in the amounts of $25 and $46. I definitely did not authorize any of these high-value transactions. They appear to be connected to some kind of subscription billed in USD, but I never started any subscription, I cannot find any subscription record in the app, and there is no visible section where I can cancel these transactions.
I used the app only once to make a payment. I did not purchase any package, and I did not knowingly accept any subscription. Despite this, these repeated high charges have caused me serious financial harm.
I demand an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges. I also want the app and its payment system to be thoroughly investigated and the necessary safeguards put in place so that more users are not harmed by these unauthorized and uncontrollable transactions.
