Keto GO Unauthorized Transactions and Hidden Subscription Charges

Even though I did not approve any paid membership in the Keto GO App, I noticed that money was withdrawn from my credit card without my permission. On my statement, a charge of $45.42 appears on March 14 with the description “keto GO. App riga fr.” This is actually the second charge of the same amount under the same name; a similar transaction had occurred before, but I had not noticed it at the time.

I registered for the app about 2–3 months ago via iPhone. The membership screen was in Turkish, and I do not recall clearly accepting any paid subscription. Despite this, I do not accept that these charges in USD from a foreign source were made to my card, and I do not recognize this membership.

I request that these unauthorized transactions carried out by the company be canceled, that the total amount wrongfully charged be refunded to my credit card, and that any memberships/subscriptions associated with my account be terminated immediately.
