I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with my JBL headphones. Despite leaving them on charge for hours, the battery level always shows as 30% when connected to any device, whether it’s my phone or another device. The low-battery notification sound never plays, and the headphones behave as though they are both charged and not charged at the same time. This problem persists across all devices I’ve tried connecting them to.
Given the premium price I paid, I expect a reliable product, but this issue is unacceptable. I request immediate assistance to resolve this malfunction or a replacement if necessary. I hope JBL will take responsibility and address this promptly.
