I own JBL Bluetooth in-ear headphones, and despite charging them overnight, the left earbud consistently runs out of battery shortly after use. Both earbuds initially work fine, but within a short period, the left one dies. When I place it back in the charging case and reconnect, the same issue occurs repeatedly.
This problem is extremely frustrating, especially since I rely on these earbuds for everyday use. I expect JBL to address this issue promptly, whether through repair, replacement, or a solution to fix the battery imbalance. A product from such a reputable brand should not have this kind of defect. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
