I purchased a JBL Clip 4 and noticed that the rubber parts on the back are coming off, affecting the speaker’s grip and stability. This makes it difficult to place the speaker securely on surfaces, especially when using it outdoors. I have always trusted JBL for its durability, so this issue is quite disappointing. Considering the product's design, I believe the rubber parts should be more securely attached to withstand regular use. I expect better quality from JBL. How can this issue be resolved? I kindly request a solution or a replacement.
