JBL Charge 5 Won’t Power On or Connect via Bluetooth

I am experiencing significant issues with my JBL Charge 5. When I press the power button, the power and charging lights flash, but the speaker doesn’t power on, and I don’t hear the usual startup sound. It shuts off after 2-3 seconds without even the shutdown sound. I am unable to connect it to Bluetooth or make any other connections. Plugging it into the charging cable allows it to power on temporarily, but Bluetooth still doesn’t respond, and sometimes a purple light appears between the power and Bluetooth buttons. The JBL app doesn’t detect the device either, making troubleshooting impossible. I am extremely frustrated and expect JBL to address this issue immediately, either by providing a fix or replacing the product.
