JBL 560BT Headphones Stop Charging — Device Won’t Turn On
The JBL 560BT headphones I purchased from Teknosa in 2023 have started having a charging problem. When I plug the headphones into the charger, the indicator light turns on at first, but after a few seconds it turns off, and the headphones do not power on at all. I tried plugging them in 5–6 times at different times, but the result did not change—the device does not charge under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, I have lost the invoice and warranty document, so I am currently unable to proceed with a standard service request. Despite this, I do not find it acceptable that the product failed in such a short time and in this manner, and I want my grievance to be resolved.
I request that JBL and Teknosa assist me by inspecting the product if possible, helping with repair or replacement options, and informing me about what steps I should follow to resolve this issue.
