My JBL Tune Flex earbuds have an issue where the sound from the right earbud is significantly lower than the left. I’ve taken it to a service center, but they couldn’t find a replacement part to fix the problem. I’m frustrated by the lack of support and am unable to figure out how to source the necessary parts.
