JBL Tune Flex Right Earbud Has Low Volume and No Replacement Found

My JBL Tune Flex earbuds have an issue where the sound from the right earbud is significantly lower than the left. I’ve taken it to a service center, but they couldn’t find a replacement part to fix the problem. I’m frustrated by the lack of support and am unable to figure out how to source the necessary parts. I’m located in Adana and need guidance on which service center can repair this issue or where I can purchase a replacement right earbud if needed. JBL, I expect better support for your products and request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please provide a solution so I can fully enjoy my earbuds again.
