I purchased a JBL Charge 5 about a month ago for ₺7,500 from Marmaris Media Markt, and I am very dissatisfied. Despite charging the device for over 4 hours, it still won’t charge fully, with the white light just blinking continuously.
Additionally, the battery, which is advertised to last 20 hours, only lasts 4-5 hours before shutting off completely. I contacted JBL’s service, but the issue remains unresolved.
I expected much better performance for the price I paid. This is unacceptable, and I demand a solution, whether through repair or replacement. I trusted JBL for quality, but this experience has been nothing but disappointing. Please address this issue promptly.
