JBL Wave 100 TWS headphones won’t charge properly; how can I resolve this?

First, make sure that the earbuds and the charging case are both clean. Dirt and other waste can get in the way of charging properly.

Lightly wet a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and clean the contact spots on both the earbuds and the charging case.

If cleaning doesn't fix the problem, you might want to reset your earbuds to original settings. Put both earbuds into the charge case to do this. Hold down the button on the right earbud for about 5 seconds while the case is plugged in to start it up. The LED light will then turn off and on again.

Check the power source and charging cord as well. Connect it to a solid power source, like a wall adapter with at least 2.0A output, and try a different charging cable that works with it.

If these steps don't fix the charging problem, there may be a problem with the gear. In this case, it's best to get in touch with JBL's customer service at 800-336-4525.
