JBL Headphones Failed Twice and the Replacement Still Has Charging Issues

I had a really terrible experience with my JBL headphones recently, and I just have to tell you about it. I had a problem with the headphones at first, as they suddenly stopped functioning correctly. After reaching out to customer service, they were kind enough to agree to replace them, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the alternative product ended up being equally troublesome. The left earbud had issues with charging and would consistently display a low battery warning, even when fully charged. I had high expectations that the replacement would resolve my issues, but unfortunately, it ended up exacerbating them. I am disappointed with JBL and I wish I hadn't spent my money on a product that has failed to meet my expectations. I would advise against this brand to anyone based on my personal experience.
