My JBL 520BT Won’t Charge—Flashing Red Light and Stuck on Orange Indicator

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I'm extremely frustrated with my JBL 520BT headphones, which I purchased just a year ago. Up until now, I was very satisfied and really enjoyed using them daily. However, recently, they have become completely unusable due to a charging issue that started out of nowhere.

When I plug them in to charge, the red light begins flashing repeatedly and never turns solid. I’ve left the headphones plugged in for hours, but they never fully charge. The battery status indicator stays stuck on orange no matter how long I wait. It’s as if the charging process never completes, making the headphones unusable unless they’re connected to power—which defeats the purpose of having wireless headphones.

I’ve tried different cables and charging ports, but the issue persists. For a product at this price point, I did not expect it to fail just one year in. This seems like a hardware defect, and I know I’m not the only one facing it. JBL, please take responsibility and offer a solution—either repair or replace this faulty product. I’d truly appreciate a quick resolution, as this was one of my favorite devices.
