JBL Speaker Not Charging After Multiple Repairs - I Want Replacement

My JBL speaker is not charging. I have sent it to technical service twice, and now I will be sending it for the third time. Each time, it works for about a week and then the same problem continues. I have called the necessary places, but no solution has been provided. The fact that such an issue is not resolved damages the brand itself. If the technical service cannot provide a solution, I ask you to step in. I am requesting a replacement and a new product.
