My JBL speaker is not charging. I have sent it to technical service twice, and now I will be sending it for the third time. Each time, it works for about a week and then the same problem continues. I have called the necessary places, but no solution has been provided. The fact that such an issue is not resolved damages the brand itself. If the technical service cannot provide a solution, I ask you to step in. I am requesting a replacement and a new product.

My JBL Charge 5 device has a charging problem, and the technical service cannot find a solution. I will have to send the product three times. JBL's quality has clearly declined. I recommend looking at another product for the same price. I bought it from Media Markt, and now I don't even trust their products anymore. The technical service staff are inadequate and uninformed.
