I Fully Charge My JBL Tune Flex But the Battery Dies in Minutes on Both Sides

I’m seriously disappointed with my JBL Tune Flex earbuds. Even though they show a full charge in the case, the moment I start using them, they suddenly drop to “low battery” and shut off within a minute. This happens with both the left and right earbuds—so it’s clearly not an isolated issue. The charging case shows 100%, and initially, the earbuds appear fully charged too, but once I begin listening, the battery level plummets instantly and the sound cuts off.
This is not just a mild inconvenience—it makes the earbuds completely unusable. I can’t get through even a few minutes of listening without them dying. The warranty is still valid, and I expect a working product for the amount I paid.
JBL, I need a real solution—not a reset, not a vague suggestion, but a full fix or replacement. This is clearly a hardware or battery defect. Please honor the warranty and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I won’t accept being stuck with nonfunctional earbuds that can’t even deliver one full song.
