JBL Tune Flex Right Earbud Malfunctioned, Requesting Replacement
It's been less than a month since I splurged thousands on what I thought would be top-notch headphones from JBL. Shockingly, one side is refusing to charge – an unexpected malfunction for such a premium product. To make matters worse, it seems I'm not alone; others have faced the same issue. Our assumption that JBL is a reliable brand might have been a mistake. How can one side be working perfectly while the other remains silent? I'm skeptical that voicing this concern will make a difference, but I'll give it a shot. I'll head in for a one-time exchange. Beyond that, Consumer Rights are on my radar.
