Jack & Jones Refuses the Winter Coat That Ripped Along the Seamline

The online store is where we purchased a coat by the label Jack Jones. On day 2  it turned out to be this way. We got it for a total of 1200. The rip is just around the seamline.  I asked for a replacement, but it was denied. As a result, you can count on me never again choosing this brand over others. I'm going to let you guys see the pictures I took. When we returned the item to the shop, we were informed that our improper use of the product was to blame. Given that the rip is on the inside, where there is no tripping hazard, it cannot be the result of carelessness on the part of the user. . The reasoning behind this, not to mention the level of satisfaction it provides to the clientele, is beyond me.
