If Hypic billed your account without your permission and you want to dispute it;
Contact the platform/app store support AND Hypic support with a clear escalation;
• State that a Hypic charge was made without your consent or subscription
• Provide your account email/ID, device type (iOS or Android), charge date, amount, and transaction/receipt ID
• Confirm that you never signed up or authorized this subscription/payment
Ask them to;
• Confirm where the charge originated (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or direct billing)
• Explain why the unauthorized charge occurred (system error, billing glitch, fraudulent signup)
• Cancel any active subscription linked to your account immediately
• Refund the unauthorized charge in full
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
