Canceled Hypic Subscription Immediately but Still Charged

I am a student living in Malatya. I accidentally purchased an annual subscription in the Hypic app and only realized it when money was withdrawn from my account. Yesterday, $50 was charged to my Ziraat Bank card, and that was the last money I had in my account.
As soon as I noticed the payment, I immediately canceled the subscription. I did not intentionally purchase this subscription, and as a student, this amount is extremely high for me. I also did not knowingly benefit from any services in return.
I am requesting that the full $50 charged to my Ziraat Bank card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
