Hypic Shows “Refund Issued” but My Bank Received Nothing
On November 7, the Hypic photo app charged my debit card $35, including 20% VAT, without my authorization. Although the app shows a notification stating “refund issued,” when I contacted my bank today (November 10), I was informed that no such refund has been processed.
The device used for the transaction was an iPhone. My transaction number is: MN0GS8JN7Y. I request that Hypic refund my full payment as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights.
