Hypic App Duplicate Charges Same Day Without Additional Subscription
On April 3, 2026, I purchased a monthly subscription through the Hypic application. However, on the same day, my card was charged three separate times, each for approximately $9–$10. Despite these multiple charges, I only have access to a single monthly subscription within the app, and there is no indication of any additional services or subscriptions corresponding to the extra two payments.
I attempted to contact Hypic to resolve this issue, but I was unable to find any accessible customer support channel or platform to communicate with them. This lack of support has made it impossible to address the problem directly with the service provider.
I am requesting a full refund for the two duplicate charges that were incorrectly processed, as they do not correspond to any additional service or benefit. This situation reflects a billing error that needs to be corrected promptly.
I kindly ask for this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, and for the excess charges to be refunded to my card without further delay.
