Hypic Monthly Subscription Charged via GCash – Refund and Cancellation

I discovered that I have been charged for a “Monthly Subscription (Hypic – Photo Editor & AI Art)” even though I do not remember subscribing to this app and did not knowingly approve any recurring payments. These charges have been taken automatically from my GCash account via Google payments between June 4 and August 12, and one of the transactions is for 300 PHP as shown in my transaction details. Since I did not intend to purchase or keep any monthly subscription for this app, I consider these charges unauthorized. I only noticed the problem after I saw that my balance in GCash was repeatedly reduced by this Hypic subscription. I am requesting a full refund of the total amount of 360 PHP that has been deducted for this subscription and I want this Hypic monthly subscription to be fully cancelled so that no further automatic payments will be taken from my GCash or Google account. I kindly ask you to review my case and stop this recurring charge as soon as possible.
